This project is based on methodology, named Balance of competences that has been already implemented in Slovakia – informs the Project manager, Zoran Ilieski.

This project is based on experiences from Slovakia from aspect of methodology that is related to early career guidance and aims to discover the knowledge and skills of this young people and to support their inclusion into the labor market, therefore to establish their own employment and to start their own business. The methodology has shown number of successful results, especially for this target group that are socially excluded. Our aim is to help this target group because today there is little number of measures that support their skills for their employability enhancement. With this project we will try in each of the included municipalities to send at least 6 young people in the business sector for one month practical work and to see how they will manage on their working place – informed Ilieski.

Young people that will visit these trainings will have different level of education. Ilieski says that among the young people that will visit this trainings in Shtip there are young people whose education stopped when they graduated and those who are in faculty at the moment and beside the theoretical they want to acquire practical knowledge.
