Call for Selection of Associate in the Project "Young Media"

Within the project "Young Media", implemented by  Coalition of youth organizations SEGA in cooperation with the Faculties MK, supported by the Deutsche Welle Academy, funded by the Federal Republic of Germany - Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and

Development (Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung), we invite all interested (members of youth organizations) to apply for participation in the project as An associate.

The Young Media Project is a one-year project implemented by  Coalition SEGA and aims to motivate and encourage young people to participate in the creation of media content as well as those contents critical for their design and change.

Project collaborators expect the following:

  • Attendance and active participation in the training for conducting focus groups
  • Implementation of 1 focus group in accordance with the instructions received and the given deadlines, as well as giving work reports
  • Communication with trainers and the representative of Coalition SEGA if needed
  • Collecting documentation (accounts, invoices ...) for other costs and their timely submission
  • Attendance at Evaluation Meetings

Time and place of the training: 12-13 May 2018, Struga

Focus groups:

Deadline for implementation and reporting from the focus group: June 2018

The application for this training is mandatory through the application form that is on the following LINK.

The deadline for submitting applications is April 26, 2018, at 17:00. Participants of the training will be notified of the results of the selection on April 27, 2018.

Number of available vacancies: 10 associates


Participants who will perform the activities in accordance with the agreement will receive compensation of 50 Euros  in denar equivalent, based on the engagement agreement.


Training costs and materials for the implementation of the focus groups are covered by the Coalition SEGA.

  • Motivation
  • Readiness to participate in the whole process
  • Interest in the media field

When choosing, the commission will be guided by the idea of ​​geographical and gender equality.

The advantage of the selection process will be given to the applicants coming from the member organizations of the Coalition SEGA.
