Coalition of youth organizations SEGA needs the engagement of 2 persons for working positions as assistants at the INFO club Shtip on a full-time basis, for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The INFO club is located in the premises of  Goce Delcev University in Stip.

The main responsibilities of the assistants are:

  •  Animation of young people and organizing information sessions (sharing flyers, posting posters, face-to-face information, etc.)
  •  Organizing information sessions and meetings with the business community in Stip, as well as keeping and moderating them
  •  Giving detailed information to the youth with the Active Employment Measures of the Employment Agency
  •  Doing activities at other local events where the services of the Info Club will be promoted
  •  Maintaining constant contact with other partners, the Employment Center in Stip, UGD and UNDP
  •  Maintain proactive relations with media representatives in order to promote the work of the Info Club
  •  Conducting trainings on the topic of Balance of competences and Career guidance of students and high school students in Stip
  •  Organizing panel discussions, job fairs and other public events
  •  Writing a report on a weekly / monthly basis and submitting it to the Project Coordinator of Coalition SEGA
  •  The working time of the INFO Club is every working day from 10 am to 15 pm.

 

Skills needed:

  •  University education or in the final years of studies
  •  Active use of MS Office
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills
  •  Experience in organizing and conducting events for young people (trainings, workshops, youth discussions, public events) will be considered as an asset
  •  Creativity in approach, initiative, ability to work in a team
  •  Excellent knowledge and use of English (spoken and written)
  •  Responsibility in execution of the assigned tasks

What do we offer?

  •  A full program for capacity building of the assistants in the Info Club
  • Acquiring excellent job skills and excellent work experience
  •  Monthly fee of $ 150 for part-time (5 hours per day) in the period from October 2018 to May 2019
  •  Opportunities for visiting national and international events (seminars, trainings, conferences, youth exchanges)
